Exterior Remodel & Bedroom Addition w/ Bath – This single family, ranch-style house in the Golden Triangle of Saratoga, CA was built in 1962 with 3 original bedrooms and 2.5 baths. With the 850 sq ft remodel, including a new kitchen, bedroom, and full bath, the homeowner ultimately gained 510 sq ft of interior space.

A few of the Craftsman exterior details include Hardy panel cedar with batt and board, large window trim with sill detail, custom wood vents at gable ends, corbels at eves, and stone wainscoting. Thibault Builders also covered the new front entry and added a garage door in keeping with the new design aesthetic.

In the room off the kitchen, you can see the new entertainment center where custom-cabinetry was added to increase functional storage in the room. There is new  hardwood flooring throughout the home, and the newly constructed bathroom was designed to be light and timeless; with a white marble look and Link ceramic tile. All easy to clean and installed with the same precision as the tile in the kitchen.
