All Electric ADU – Bedrooms & Baths – The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms in this guest cottage are designed to be as light-filled and spacious as the rest of the house.

In the photos above, you can see the first bedroom at the end of the hallway with that beautiful, unobstructed view of the Los Gatos mountains to the south. The hall is adjacent to the family/living room and in it (on the left) you can see one of the doors to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. This bathroom features a curbless, roll-in shower with bench, and a pocket door to the bedroom. Great care was taken in the site design to insure these hallway and bedroom windows would be high enough off the ground to see over the solar array on the ground below.

While accessible through the kitchen and laundry room, the second bedroom also has has private entry via a door on the back-deck.  It has a private, full bathroom with built-in shelving, and a roomy, glass-walled shower.

Both bedrooms have large closets with sliding double doors and access to the deck overlooking the back yard. You may notice that all rooms have seamless floor transitions; a nod toward future-proofing the interior space.
